Shipping Prices and Policies

The total 'calculated shipping price' is calculated automatically using an international shipping zone table based on weight, and includes transaction and merchant fund transfer fees, packaging and an administration and handling fee. Insurance is only available for product values upto NZ$250 and conditions apply. All items are printed and shipped from New Zealand.

If you wish to purchase using Trace and Trace, contact us directly using our contact form; supply your shipping address and details (prior to placing your order online), and we will then make effort to arrange a custom shipping quote including tracking capabilities.

Once we have received purchase funds via Paypal, we get the order sent off to be printed and distributed. It usually takes 4 - 7 days to clear the funds into our account, and a few days to print.

There are sometimes shipping delays due to geo-political instabilities, extreme weather, public holidays, postal backlogs or other events beyond our control; please be patient (especially over the Christmas / New Year period).

Shipping Locations

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered, reflected correctly within paypal upon checkout. Any costs incurring due to incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the buyer.

By default (to keep purchase costs down) we do not use any parcel delivery couriers, only standard post, so please ensure you have a mail box where the package can be left, or the goods will be returned to us (posted again at your expense). Standard post does not provide the facility to track orders online.

Currenty we only accept single orders of up to 20kg

Returns Policy

We do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss occuring enroute, it is the responsability of the carrier. We do our best to package the products to prevent damage enroute, and packages are very rarely lost or damaged. We do not have the capacity to accept returns.

Refunds Policy

Because orders are dispatched and printed on demand, with purchase funds being transferred to 3rd parties within 24-hours of an order being placed online at thekolbrin.com; we do not provide any refunds.

Should you wish to cancel an order within 24-hours of placing the initial online purchase; please contact us immediately with your order details and we may be able to provide a partial refund within our capacity, otherwise we are unable to cancel your order with a refund.
